The DEMA COMBI hopper is available in many different versions! With an integrated single or double clod separator and 3 standard transversal conveyor belts or with centralized exit. They can be equipped with a wide range of available modules.

A standard hopper does not exist for us. Configure your own machine on our website or visit us and we will listen to you and build a machine to your needs. Each hopper depends on the type of product, the soil and the objectives of the customer. So we are not talking about a standard hopper, but a custom-made machine, consisting of our standard available modules! If you don't find the module you want, then we sit down and develop the machine with you!

Transfer hopper - Fieldloader

The DEMA fieldloaders are easy to handle hoppers with an elevator for smooth filling of trucks from the field. At DEMA there is no such thing as a standard fieldloader. Configure your own machine on our website or visit us and we will gladly listen to your needs to put together a suitable machine. Cleaner by means of sieve web

Combi 5m with a cleaner by means of a sieve web and a sorter by means of rollers, provided with integrated SINGLE clod separator with stainless steel drum, useful working width overall: 2,400mm, working width clod separator: 2,200mm. Equipped with 3 cross belts for discharge of waste, sorted product and product. The product cross belt measures 5m25 and is fitted with a double hydraulic neck.

Cleaner by means of presentation belt and 8 rollers

COMBI 6m with a cleaner by means of a presentation belt combined with 8 rollers and a sorter by means of another 8 rollers, provided with integrated SINGLE clod separator with stainless steel drum, useful working width overall: 2,400mm, working width clod separator: 2,200mm. Equipped with 3 cross belts for discharge of waste, sorted product and product. The product cross belt measures 5m25 and is fitted with a double hydraulic neck.

Rolls with rubber stars

Rolls with rubber stars (6- or 12-fingers) on 35mm square axles. The last axle is fitted with rubber discs and flexible plastic fingers are provided between the axles to prevent loss between the discs. Each roller is provided with an electric transmissions 0.55kW with worm wheel box. Each thermally protected, equipped with 1 speed.

Smooth stainless steel rollers

Smooth stainless steel rollers, each fitted with an adjustable PU scraper at the bottom (excl. clod float). Each roller is equipped with an electric transmissions 0.55kW with worm wheel box. Each thermally protected, provided with 1 speed.

Steel spiral rollers

Steel spiral rollers fitted with a metal tube inside to prevent leaf littering. The first roller is a plain stainless steel roller with adjustable PU scraper at the bottom. Each roller has an electric 0.55kW transmissions with worm wheel box. Each thermally protected, equipped with 1 speed.

Spiral rolls - PU

Spiral rolls made of PU. Composed of cast and balanced tubes with shaft trunnions centred at both ends. Each roller is fitted with a 1.1 kW electric transmission with gearbox. Each is thermally protected, self-cleaning by means of a BOOST function and equipped with an adjustable speed by means of a frequency regulator.

COMBI - Cleaning set - Type Pouchain/Multisep

Pouchain 4+5

Cleaner consisting of 4 smooth stainless steel rollers alternating with 5 large rubber spiral rollers. The 5th roller is a transition roller. Each roller has an electric transmission 0.75kW, each thermally protected. 3 frequency regulators provide the adjustable speed and 2 manual hydraulic pumps are responsible for the position adjustment of the smooth roller. Below the set, a wide centralising belt is provided and a cross belt for waste flow discharge. Both are electrically driven, 1 speed, thermally protected and equipped with a PVC conveyor, self-steering, vulcanised.

Pouchain 6+7

Cleaner consisting of 6 smooth stainless steel rollers alternating with 7 large rubber spiral rollers. The75th roller is a transition roller. Each roller has an electric transmission 0.75kW, each thermally protected. 3 frequency regulators provide the adjustable speed and 2 manual hydraulic pumps are responsible for the position adjustment of the smooth roller. Below the set, a wide centralising belt is provided and a cross belt for waste flow discharge. Both are electrically driven, 1 speed, thermally protected and equipped with a PVC conveyor, self-steering, vulcanised.

The provided white LED strips are replaced by RGB LED strips and 2 adjustable sensors for tipper detection. Depending on the sensor activated, the colour of the LED strip changes to indicate the driver.

Wireless remote control

The wired remote control is replaced by a wireless remote control with a start-stop button on it and a speed control for the hopper using 2 push buttons.

Module: inspection table

The inspection table module complements the hopper between the last roller set and the product discharge. In it, a wide distribution belt of 1m50 x 2,400mm with product splitter and 2 shy belts of 2m x 700mm are provided. All 3 conveyors are equipped with a PVC belt, self-steering and vulcanised, driven by the same electric transmissions, adjustable speed by frequency control and thermally protected. On top of the inspection table are LED lights and a pull cord emergency stop safety device. On the frame extension, an adjustable passerelle is provided on both sides.

COMBI - Version with central discharge - Additional modules

Module: inspection table

The inspection table module is an extension to the central product discharge conveyor. It extends the horizontal section of the central discharge belt by 1m50. Powered by the same electric drive, adjustable speed by frequency control and thermally protected. On both sides of the chassis extension, a passerelle is provided with foldable access steps.

Module: Discharge elevator 9m x 800

Foldable conveyor 9m x 800mm, fitted with rubber belt with high ribs (32mm) in 'bowl shape' . Driven by a double electric drive at the top. Equipped with adjustable speed by means of frequency inverter and thermally protected. Hydraulically fully collapsible (compact design!). Reinforced & extended machine chassis and equipped with 2 hydraulic folding support legs. Furthermore, the machine is also equipped with a hydraulic power pack whereby the hand pumps of the other hydraulic functions are eliminated and connected to this central group.
