The DEMA fieldloaders are easy to handle hoppers with an elevator for smooth filling of trucks from the field. At DEMA there is no such thing as a standard fieldloader. Configure your own machine on our website or visit us and we will gladly listen to your needs to put together a suitable machine. Every hopper depends on the type of product, the type of soil and the customer's objectives. Therefore, we do not talk about a standard hopper but about a custom-made machine, assembled from our available standard modules! And if you don't find the module you want, we will be happy to sit down and develop it with you!

Available models:

Basically there are two versions, one type with- & one type without an integrated single clod separator. In addition, both are expandable with numerous additional modules and options. The version with clod separator is a simplified version of a type 'COMBI' to keep it compact, but still with a large cleaning capacity.

For a simple hopper, we refer you to the section of our receiving hoppers. And for an extended combi with single- or double clod separator, please refer to our Combi's section.

Electric transmission of all components and modules
Double planetary transmission of the hopper
Speed-adjustable scraper floor
Cleaning set with 8 rollers, individual electric transmission per axle

Elevator 9m x 800mm, speed adjustable by frequency inverter
Fully foldable conveyor belt for road transport

The DEMA COMBI hopper is available in many different versions! With an integrated single or double clod separator and 3 standard transversal conveyor belts or with centralized exit. They can be equipped with a wide range of available modules.
