The KV1800 box filler is suitable for boxes up to a maximum width of 1.800 mm. In the simplified version, with only 2 electric motors, this machine fills boxes in a very simple and efficient way. With this compact version even very small boxes can be filled and the dynamic gooseneck moves downwards to place the product in the box in a product-friendly way.

Standard features:

  • On a single frame, adjustable in height, equipped with tubes for moving by forkflift
  • Chassis with adjustable left and right box stopper for 2 boxes
  • Plain adjustable conveyor belt:
    • 3-layer PVC belt, self-steering, vulcanised
    • Belt width 850 mm (useful width 800mm)
    • Belt transmission by means of an electric drum motor, adjustable speed by frequency inverter
    • Two mechanically hinging necks, 1 left and 1 right, which lower into the box when the conveyor moves left/right
    • Product stopper on the conveyor
    • Moves left/right by means of double chain mechanism and electric transmissions
  • Automated controls:
    • Power phase control to ensure correct operation
    • Automatic box filling by means of a PLC
    • Continuously adjustable box size using a potentiometer (left & right independently)
    • Variable speed control of the transversal belt
    • Additional controlled socket for the product feed belt
    • Signalisation on top of the machine
    • Electronic box detection
    • Electronically adjustable product detection by means of a potentiometer (left & right independently)

    • Adjustable mechanical-manual inclination
  • Electronically adjustable product height: As a standard the product detection can be modified on the productsensor itself. Depending on the flowrate and the desired filling height this needs to be adjusted regularly. As an option this can be done throught the PLC by means of a potentiometer left and right.
