Standard features:

  • Rubber mat with low 'V' shaped chevrons (17mm) across the full width of the belt, vulcanised
  • Automatic belt control system
  • Hydraulic belt transmission, electronically adjustable in speed
  • Hydraulic aggregate, 1 electric motor, 2 hydraulic pumps
    • 1 pump for the transmission of the belt
    • 1 pump for the control of the cylinders and wheels
  • Wheels with hydraulic and planetary transmission for rolling and swivelling, with electronic speed control
  • Hydraulically adjustable cast iron wheels and swivel wheels
  • Forward and backward movement by means of a hydraulic motor and a double chain inside the chassis
  • Mechanically retractable signposting collar
  • Round, rubber-covered entry hopper
  • Foldable towbar
  • Automated transmission, equipped as standard with:
    • Wireless remote control
    • Electronic detection for wall and product on top of the machine
    • Swivel range can also be adjusted using the wheel chocks
    • Standard 3 filling modes included:
      • Mode: Truck filling
      • Mode: Automatic swivelling
      • Mode: Automatic filling
    • Automatic filling = filling with adjustable height. This filling mode is available for which the operator can set the desired filling height in centimetres. All movements can be configured in centimetres
  • Line control via 'Smartcontrol'

  • PRO-pack: expanded version, including
    • LS "Load Sensing" pump (in stead of double gear pump)
    • Configurable product- and wall detection sensors (instead of sensors with a fixed detection distance)
    • Expanded software including virtual walls for which a configurable swing range can be set
    • The decoupling of the wheel transmission is expanded by a handle and a lock

Reinforced brace over the chassis fitted with a spherical coupling for coupling with an intermediate or duo belt.

The chassis is extended with a 1m x 800mm horizontal feed belt, fitted with a 2-ply PVC belt, self-steering, vulcanised. The conveyor is electrically driven, adjustable speed.
