Seed potatoe treatment device

The DEMA plant treatment table treats the plants by means of driven rollers. Above the 9 / 12 stainless steel rollers is a system that sprays the liquid onto the plants. Thanks to the rollers the plants rotate during the treatment, thus covering the whole surface with the liquid. At the end of the rollers the plants are directed to an exit belt. This belt, adjustable in inclination, starts below the rollers, so that the residue of the liquid is collected with the treated product.

    • Electric motor with wormwheel transmission, 1 speed, standard 25 m/min

  • Controlled socket 220V for controlling the spray set (or via control signal)
  • On an individuel chassis, fitted with tubes for moving with forklift truck

Seed potatoe cutter

The DEMA seed potato cutter cuts the seed potatoes by means of driven round knives. These divisible knives are fed by a driven roller conveyor equipped with full-core diabolo rollers in which the seed potatoes are fed separately to the knives in one row. The circular knives, adjustable in height, ensure a precise cut of the seed potatoes in two parts at a flow rate of 1.5 ton/h per row.
