The bigbag filler type BBP is suitable for filling bigbags at a high flow rate. The machine is designed to pack potatoes and bulky vegetables product-friendly in a big bag by means of automatically controlled trays.

  • On an individual chassis, fitted with tubes for moving by forklift truck
  • Chassis with 2 platforms, left & right for 2 bigbags
  • Horizontal cross conveyor:
    • 2-layer PVC belt, self-steering, vulcanised
    • Cross belt in curved belt to centralise the product
    • Belt width 600mm
    • Electric transmissions, 1 speed, thermally protected
  • 2 vertically moving platforms:
    • Reinforced platforms for product-friendly filling of big bags
    • Electric motor with plug-in reduction for vertical movement (with DC brake)
  • 2 hook systems:
    • Hook system per side for suspending big bags
    • 4 electrically controlled hooks per system
  • Control:
    • Power phase control to ensure correct operation
    • Automatic big-bag filling using PLC
    • Additional controlled socket for the product feed belt
    • Signalisation per side, on top of the machine
    • Electronic big bag detection
    • Electronically adjustable product detection

  • Integrated weighing platforms for weight-based filling
