Standard features:

  • V2-layer, self-guiding, vulcanised PVC plain belt
  • Tube drums on 30mm axles
  • Electric motor with wormwheel transmission, 1 speed, 25 m/min (different speed upon request)
  • Thermal protection, additional socket on the frame
  • 4 adjustable screwjack feet
  • 4 aluminium swivel wheels, covered with rubber, 2 of them with brakes
  • Belt scraper underneath the belt

Options:

  • Mechanical speed control : speed 15-45 m/min
  • Two fixed speeds: speed 35/70 m/min
  • Frequency inverter : speed 15-70 m/min
  • Lighting above the inspection table
  • Line control
  • Other type of belt (oil and grease resistant, foodgrade, ...)
