DEMA's T-type inspection tables with active roll transmission are designed to inspect potatoes and vegetables by hand in a sitting position. The speed of these rollers is adjustable by 2 frequency inverters.

Standard features:

  • PVC rollers, driven by chain left & right in the chassis
  • Electric motor with wormwheel transmission for the rollers, adjustable speed by means of frequency inverter (adjustable between 4.3 m/min and 10.5 m/min as standard)
  • Internal drive belt to change the rotation speed independently of the roller speed
  • Electric motor with plug-in reduction for the transmission belt, speed adjustable by means of frequency inverter
  • LED fluorescent lamp on top of the structure
  • Frame, painted (powder coated)
  • 4 adjustable screwjack feet
  • Exit and entry hopper
  • Dust collection bin to catch the dust that collects on the transmission belt

  • Stainless steel rollers (instead of PVC)
  • Complete stainless steel construction (including rollers)
  • Steel dispenser (or double dispenser)

Seating version with a return belt inside to control the rotation speed of the rollers independent of the table speed. With the same conveyor, the waste is turned inside to a hopper.
