DEMA's type T roller tables are designed for inspecting potatoes and vegetables by hand. This type is mainly built to work standing up. This lighter and more compact version makes the machine very mobile and serves many purposes.

Standard features:

  • PVC rollers, driven by a chain on the left and right inside the frame
  • Electric motor with wormwheel transmission, speed adjustable by frequency inverter (standard adjustable between 4.3 m/min and 10.5 m/min)
  • LED TL lamp above the construction
  • Chassis, powder coated
  • 4 adjustable screwjack feet
  • 4 cast iron wheels, 2 with brake
  • Entry and exit hopper
  • The smallest versions in single phase 220V

Options:

  • Stainless steel rollers (instead of PVC)
  • Complete stainless steel construction (including rollers)
  • Steel dispenser (or double dispenser)
  • Stainless steel dispenser (or double dispenser)

DEMA's T-type inspection tables with active roll transmission are designed to inspect potatoes and vegetables by hand in a sitting position. The speed of these rollers is adjustable by 2 frequency inverters.

Adapted model and chassis for sedentary work.
Seating version with a return belt inside to control the rotation speed of the rollers independent of the table speed. With the same conveyor, the waste is turned inside to a hopper.
