The DEMA hopper is available in many different versions! From a simple hopper without extra modules to an elaborate version with several cleaning and sorting possibilities.

There is no such thing as a standard hopper for us. Configure your own machine on our website or visit us and we will listen to you and build a machine to your needs. Every hopper depends on the type of product, the soil and the objectives of the customer. So we are not talking about a standard hopper, but a custom-made machine, consisting of our standard available modules! If you don't find the module you want, then we sit down and develop the machine with you!

Available models:

The list of available models is almost endless. Essentially we are talking about:

  • A HOPPER, either without or with cleaning and sorting capabilities
  • A COMBI HOPPER: a hopper with cleaning and sorting rollers, including a single or double clod separator
  • A DUMP HOPPER: a dump hopper developed with a lift to fill the trucks

Standard features:

  • Standard working width: 2.400mm
  • Electric transmission of all components and modules
  • Double planetary transmission of the hopper floor
  • Speed adjustable scraper floor
  • Wired remote control, with start, stop, emergency stop, digger speed adjustment
  • Several types of rollers are possible:
    • Smooth stainless steel rollers
    • Rubber stars
    • PU spiral rollers
    • Steel spiral rollers
    • ...

Options:

Here too there are endless possibilities! Per module there are many possible elaborations. From speed settings to hydraulically driven components.

A centralised product discharge is provided. 3 equal discharge belts, length 1m, width 500mm. Each fitted with a 2-layer PVC conveyor, self-steering, vulcanised. Thermally protected and mounted on the chassis of the preceding module.

Automated control box equipped with all required fuses and fuses. The machine is equipped with 3 controlled sockets on the electrical cabinet, an LED light on the hopper and 2 LED strips at the level of the hopper entrance. Furthermore, a remote control with 25m cable is also available and, finally, the machine is equipped with a display (with buttons) for access to all configurations and settings. Various start-stop settings are available and the control can be extended with additional automated functions.

The visiting table module complements the dumping hopper between the last roller set and the product discharge. In it, a wide distribution belt of 1m50 x 2,400mm with product splitter and 2 shy belts of 2m x 700mm are provided. All 3 conveyors are equipped with a PVC belt, self-steering and vulcanised, driven by the same electric transmissions, adjustable speed by frequency control and thermally protected. On top of the reading table are LED lights and a pull cord emergency stop safety device. On the frame extension, an adjustable passerelle is provided on both sides.

Hedgehog belt module: complete module comprising: Hedgehog belt, belt width 2,400mm, adjustable inclination, adjustable speed by means of frequency control. The hedgehog belt is fed by an electrically driven sieve belt, adjustable speed. The waste is diverted to a cross conveyor 3m50 x 500mm, self-guiding PVC belt, electrically driven. The whole is on a mobile frame where the whole can be bypassed.
