Clod separator - double roll

The clod separators are available in several versions. This model is designed with two drums and is suitable for cleaning a significant flow with a large variation in product diameter (e.g. custom-made 25-45mm). This machine is suitable for the separation of dry clods from potatoes, onions and shallots. It has several belts to feed the product to the drums and to centralize the cleaned product. At the exit there are only 2 exit belts, 1 for the cleaned product and 1 for the waste.

  • 2 driven leaf separator rolls. Above the 2 separator plates there is a driven roller, which swivels with the plate to avoid jamming the waste.

Clod separator - simple roll - compact version

The clod separators are available in several versions. This compact model with a single drum is suitable for cleaning a small capacity with a small variation in product diameter (e.g. custom-made 30-35mm). This machine is suitable for the separation of dry clods and potatoes. This compact but at the same time elaborate version was originally designed to be placed next to the DEMA digger. The separator can be placed next to the transversal belt of the sorter and the belts can put the waste and the cleaned product on the soil belt and the product belt of the hopper respectively. This means that you do not need additional accessory equipment to use this machine.
