The DEMA box tipper can be equipped for various types of boxes. It tilts the boxes into the subsequent bunker or dosing belt and can be used for various purposes. With the optional dosing door, the product can be accurately and product-friendly dosed on a sidewall or transverse belt.

  • On an individual chassis, adjustable in height, fitted with tubes for moving with forklift truck
  • Tipping chassis with adjustable floor (adjustable box height)
  • Boxes are placed in the machine by forklift truck
  • Two double-operating hydraulic cylinders for tilting
  • Adjustable tilting angle (up to 180°)
  • Hydraulic aggregate, thermally protected
  • Control:
    • Power phase control to ensure correct operation
    • Wireless remote control
    • Automatic box emptying by product sensor

  • Hydraulically closing upper cover with manually mechanically adjustable opening
