The KV2400 box filler is suitable for box widths from 1,600 mm to a maximum of 2,400 mm. This high-performance machine is very suitable for large outputs up to 60 boxes per hour.

Standard features:

  • On a single frame, adjustable in height, equipped with tubes for moving by trolley
  • Chassis with adjustable left and right box stopper for 2 boxes
  • Cross conveyor belt:
    • 3-layer, self-guiding, vulcanised PVC belt
    • Belt width 700mm
    • Belt transmission by means of an electric motor, speed adjustable by frequency inverter
    • 2 hinged goosenecks, 1 on the left and 1 on the right, which are lowered into the box by electric motor on the left and right
    • Product stoppers on the belt
    • Moves left and right by a double chain mechanism and electric tranmission
  • Automated controls:
    • Phase control to ensure correct operation
    • Automatic filling of the boxes by means of a PLC
    • Fully adjustable machine by means of an HMI
    • Variable speed control of lateral movement
    • Variable speed control of the belt
    • Additional controlled socket for the product feed belt
    • Signalisation on top of the machine
    • Electronic box detection
    • Electronically adjustable product detection

  • Electronically adjustable product height: As a standard the product detection can be modified on the productsensor itself. Depending on the flowrate and the desired filling height this needs to be adjusted regularly. As an option this can be done throught the HMI on the box settings display on which the desired height can be set in centimeters.

The box and big bag filler type KBBV is suitable for filling boxes and big bags. Thanks to the vertically movable belts, equipped with finger cleats, the products are placed in a careful way in the boxes or big bags. With the dynamic attachment system and the adjustable control screen, the machine is ergonomically designed for attaching new big bags and changing from boxes to big bag and vice versa.
