Box & big bag filler

The box and big bag filler type KBBV is suitable for filling boxes and big bags. Thanks to the vertically movable belts, equipped with finger cleats, the products are placed in a careful way in the boxes or big bags. With the dynamic attachment system and the adjustable control screen, the machine is ergonomically designed for attaching new big bags and changing from boxes to big bag and vice versa.

Standard features:

  • On individual chassis, adjustable in height, fitted with sleeves for moving with forklift truck
  • Chassis with adjustable stop left & right for 2 boxes
  • Plain movable transversal belt:
    • 3-layer PVC belt, self-steering, vulcanised
    • Transversal belt in trough shape to centralise the product
    • Belt width 600 mm
    • Electric transmissions, adjustable speed by frequency control
    • Moves left/right by means of an electrically driven carriage
  • 2 vertical belts:
    • 2-layer PVC belt, self-steering, vulcanised, fitted with finger fasteners

    • Vertically movable by means of electric transmissions (with DC brake) 
  • 2 hook systems:
    • Up & down hook systems for filling big bags

    • Power phase control to ensure correct operation
    • Automatic box filling with PLC
    • Fully adjustable boxes, bigbags and machine via control screen
    • Variable speed control of the transversal conveyor

  • Linked weighing platforms:
    • Two weighing platforms, one on each side
    • System linked to the HMI to fill big bags (and boxes) at an adjustable weight

    • Elevator with goos neck
    • Upon adjustable feet, connected to the chassis of the KBBV
